Coordination Committee

General Outline


1. The Airports Coordination Committee (ACC)

Worldwide Airport Slot Guidelines (WASG), which is published jointly by IATA, ACI and WWACG, recommends the establishment of coordination committee which reads 5.6.1 The Coordination Committee is established at a Level 3 airport to advise the coordinator on matters relating to capacity, slot allocation and monitoring the use of slots at the airport. Following the guidelines, The Airports Coordination Committee (ACC) was established on 21 September, 2011. The ACC deals with Narita International Airport (NRT), Tokyo International Airport (Haneda) (HND) and Fukuoka Airport (FUK) which are level 3 airports. The ACC is composed of airlines, the civil aviation authority (including ATC) and airport operators.


2. To become a member of ACC

(1) Initial Registration
For those airlines and representative organizations of airlines who want to become a member of the coordination committee for the first time, please use the following forms for registraton. The same form will be used to register the Authorized Representative. After filling out the necessary information, please return it to jsc@schedule-coordination.jp.

(2) Change Registration
If the personnel change for Authorized Representative takes place, please use the following forms for change registraton. After filling out the necessary information, please return it to jsc@schedule-coordination.jp.
